industry and to recommend significant, innovative procedures to

the preparation and elaboration of rules and regulations governing
travel agency relations with parties involved in the tourist trade. |
The
JSTA
strives to create suitable relations with all countries of the world,
especially those in South East Asia, in order to promote world tourism.
The Society is seeking higher investment
in the tourism sector, especially in training to help improve the
quality and standard of services by increasing the level of competence and
knowledge of employees. As the tourism industry is becoming more
sophisticated and challenging, it needs professionals who are technically
proficient experts in their fields and who are highly customer oriented.
The
JSTA
is dedicated to providing members opportunities to grow professionally and
to enjoy satisfying careers in travel and tourism. To that end, the
JSTA
Training Centre offers training and consultation services to all members
free of charge.
